Your Cat's Health and Vaccinations
All cats must be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Upper
Respiratory Infections (Cat Flu). Please bring your cat's up to date vaccination
certificate with you and ensure they show that your cat's vaccinations and annual
boosters have been completed no less than 7 days prior to boarding.
If your cat has been vaccinated for the first time it will
need two injections three weeks apart before being fully immunised. After this
an annual booster is required. It is very important to keep your cat's injections
up to date as without a valid record of vaccination issued by your vet we are
unable to accept the cat for boarding.
Healthy Cats are Happy Cats
No cat suffering from or suspected of suffering from any infections or contagious disease will be accepted for boarding.
If your cat falls ill in your absence a veterinary surgeon will be contacted and
any treatment recommended will be administered at your expense. If your cat is
on medication prior to boarding this can be continued during your cats stay,
subject to an additional charge. Call us to discuss your individual
requirements.
Un-neutered male cats over the age of 7 months will not be
accepted for boarding.
Please ensure your cat's flea and worming treatments are up to
date prior to arrival.
Whilst our units are furnished we suggest that you bring your cat's own bed and bedding as this will help them to settle in and feel more at home.
